Our inaugural year was full of accomplishments and milestones. We hope to deepen the support we offer our members in 2022 by:
- Establishing a coaching/mentorship program for members;
- Holding an in-person conference;
- Offering education and thought leadership;
- Holding our first annual business meeting;
- Conducting a comprehensive membership drive;
- Holding our first annual business meeting;
- Continuing to improve our website functionality and content.
In short, we are committed to taking the development and support of women CEOs of smaller credit unions to the next level. Because as this group is empowered, the entire system is empowered.
